Asnap provides a service (a Browser Extension and a Platform) that allow customer to build helpful guides. Our service combines a browser extension and a powerful platform. For the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a “Customer” is an entity which has executed an agreement with Asnap. If you are an individual, using Asnap’s services as a result of our relationship with Customer (“Individual(s)”), please note that the Customer is the responsible party for obtaining the required consents and complying with any applicable laws or regulations.
“Content” refers to calls, videos recordings, transcripts, e-mails, records and other information, content and/or communications that is collected, stored, and shared or submitted with Asnap in the context of your use of the Services.

- Specific Personal Data we collect – Full name, email address, user name and password and any other Personal Data you decide to provide/supply us with.
- Why is the Personal Data collected and for what purposes? To allow you to create an account in the Platform; give you access to the Platform for you to log-in; to allow you to enjoy features available to registered users only; and to customize your experience (including, to understand your referrals and other programs).
- Consequences of not providing the Personal Data: We cannot (i) allow you to create an account in the Platform; (ii) give you access to the Platform for you to log-in; (iii) allow you to enjoy features available to registered users only; and (iv) to customize your experience.
2. Safeguarding and Storage of Your Personal Data
2.1 Security. We have implemented appropriate technical, organizational and security measures designed to protect your Personal Data. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the information will not be compromised as a result of unauthorized penetration to our servers. In the event that your request would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others (for example, would impact the duty of confidentiality we owe to others) or if we are legally entitled to deal with your request in a different way than initial requested, we will address your request to the maximum extent possible, all in accordance with applicable law.
4.3 Deleting your account: Should you ever decide to delete your account, you may do so by emailing nihal@asnap.in. If you terminate your account, any association between your account and Personal Data we store will no longer be accessible through your account. However, given the nature of sharing on certain services, any public activity on your account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public.
5. USE BY CHILDREN.
We do not offer our products or services for use by children and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, and/or about children under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under the age of eighteen (18), do not provide any Personal Data to us without involvement of a parent or a guardian.
6. INTERACTION WITH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS
